Enjoy and remember, use “just a pinch”…- Janet{{more}}“I love this cake in fall, but its good anytime of the year!”Submitted by: Debbie Wright, Sulfur, LA What You Need2 c sugar3 eggs2 c vegetable oil1 orange 3 c all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon2 tsp pure vanilla extract1 tsp nutmeg3 large granny smith apples peeled, cored, cubed in small pieces1 c chopped pecansFor Glaze:1 c powdered sugar1 tsp orange zest1 dash orange extract 1 tbsp milk Directions• Prepare bundt pan and preheat oven to 325 degrees.• Begin mixing sugar, eggs, oil and orange juice. Then, slowly add all of the dry ingredients. Add apples and pecans last. This batter should be very thick and dense.• Pour batter in bundt pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 min. or until tester comes out clean.• Turn cake onto a plate and allow to cool• Mix glaze to the consistency you would like.• Drizzle the cake with the glaze and enjoy!www.justapinch.com/applebundt© 2011 Just A Pinch Recipe Club.
