Veterans Get Attention at Business Boot Camp

By Floyd Miller

Jim Reid, CEO of Momentum Texas, Inc. conducted a workshop for veterans that may be thinking about starting a business. There were about 30 individuals in attendance. Some of those attendees had already started a business but wanted to learn how to take it to the next level. This was a very good seminar. Other talented speakers were Judy Wilhelm with the Texas Tech University SBDC Abilene, James Leavelle with the Angelo State University SBDC, Tarsha Polk, The Marketing Lady and Armando Garcia with SBA Products. The veterans had lots of questions and they were excited that someone took the time to make the information available. {{more}}A group shot of some of the attendees at the workshop.
