TORQUE 62 Memorial

Dyess AFB has been sending airmen to war in Afghanistan for more than the last 10 years. They had to take time this month to honor four who did not come home. They were honored in a ceremony at the Civic Center for the crew or 4. They are Capt. Jonathan J. Golden, 33; Capt. Jordan B. Pierson, 28; Staff Sgt. Ryan D. Hammond, 26; and Senior Airman Quinn L. Johnson-Harris, 21, they were all assigned to the 39th Airlift Squadron at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. Cpt. Goldman, in another ceremony when his body was returned to Dyess for burial.
