The Texas State HOG Rally started on May 15th with a Street Party which was put together by the Abilene Visitors and Convention Bureau, the Abilene Downtown Association and the City of Abilene. The HOGwalk, as it was called, drew in hundreds of locals as well as several hundred motorcycle riders that were attending the rally. HOG rallies occur in every state and internationally. These Rallies are put on by the local HOG chapter, here by the West Texas Chapter, in conjunction with their sponsor, Kent’s Harley-Davidson and the Visitors and Convention Bureau. Over 2500 folks attended the Rally which included concerts by Travis Tritt and Three Dog Night at the Taylor County Fair Grounds. The Harley Owners Group has over 1 million members worldwide and is directly affiliated with Harley-Davidson Motor Company.{{more}}The band 360, Jammin! Photo by Joe StarkeyFuture Hog Rider.
