I traveled far in life like Jesus did, many milesRough stones I touched below my feetNot like him, walking barefoot along the NilesHis direction I take when we meetAt this final fork at the road.  I have looked for cures to my painful hurts,Have tried to comfort many a soul,If one asks for a drink, give up your own shirts,For blessings are returned one hundred-fold.At this final fork at the road.  The days have been numbered to this final oneAnd I learned that there was no cureLike the one with Jesus Christ, who died for usSo we could heal, and choose to detourAt this final fork in the road.4/23/14
