As many of you know, it is always cheaper to prepare your meals at home, however, what many people don’t know is that it is also much healthier! Over the next few months I will be highlighting different healthy meals that you can create at home to satisfy your taste buds…and your waistline! This month’s dish: Monterrey Grilled ChickenSix Servings210 Calories EachSix Boneless/Skinless Chicken Thighs Grillmates® Monterrey Chicken seasoning2 cups Baby Spinach Leaves 6 Tablespoons Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese Take each thigh and coat with seasoning on both sides. Next grill meat for about 6 min if you are using a George Foreman Grill®. Grill for 15 min with outdoor grill or in a pan. Next, spread spinach leaves and put meat on top, then put about one tablespoon of cheese on top of each thigh. You will have a juicy and flavorful meal that is filling and satisfying at only 210 calories!
