Location: Health District Facility, 850 North 6th StreetSchool Immunizations are given on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm on the 1st Tuesday of each month. **Additional Back To School Immunization Clinics will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2009 and Wednesday, August 19, 2009 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.** There is an $8.00 fee per child to administer the immunizations and CHIP and Medicaid are also accepted. New immunization requirements beginning August 1, 2009Students entering Kindergarten: 2 doses of Varicella and Hepatitis AStudents entering 7th Grade: 2 doses of Varicella, 1 dose of Meningococcal and 1 dose of TdapStudents entering 8th – 12th Grade: 1 dose of Tdap Overseas immunizations are given on a walk-in basis; Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. No appointment is necessary but the cost per vaccination varies, so please call 692-5600 for additional information.Flu shots are given during flu season.
