On Saturday, April 26th, the Abilene Woman’s Club will present a great shopping day for the pleasure of women of all ages – all at no admission charge. Selected vendors will be on hand at the Abilene Woman’s Club, 3425 South 14th, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. with many items for sale such as clothing, and jewelry to children’s articles that mothers and grandmothers will just have to have. On that same date, the Abilene Woman’s Club will also offer at the club facility a fabulous seminar entitled “Be Haute’ At Any Age” by Suzie Woodward Morris, the noted founder and Chief Image Officer of Strategic Imaging, Inc. The seminar will feature the psychology of image and Suzie will Abilene Woman’s Club Shopping Strategies – ’08 demonstrate and explain the latest fashion trends using audience members as “models”. She will offer many simple tricks and techniques anyone can use to improve heir “look” immediately – even on a budget. This entertaining and exciting seminar is age appropriate for high school teens through great-grandmothers and is especially appropriate for professional women. Ms. Morris is a recognized authority on the psychology of image and was invited to be one of the five founders of the Association of Image Consultants in 1982. She has oached many of her colleagues in the techniques and strategies of image and presented her “Strategies” to 300 Image Managers. Because of the wide appeal of her performances, she has made appearances across the country on a variety of television and radio talk shows and shared the stage with many diverse performers. As a bonus, the Club will offer a delightful box brunch for those attending the seminar. The cost of the seminar and box brunch is $20.00 per person and paid reservations must be made and tickets picked up by noon, Monday April 21st.
