Liz Rotenberry, retired Exercise Science professor, was the speaker at a recent Greater Kiwanis Club meeting.She was dispensing information concerning living a healthy life style. Here are some of the things she said. 1. Tobacco is not good in any form.2. Two drinks a day could help you.3. Exercise: Rake Leaves, Mow the lawn, walk on the treadmill. “Somehow you need to get exercise.”4. Eat a colorful plate; fruits and vegetables, carrots, squash, apples, strawberries.
