Retired Judge to speak at Abilene Black Chamber Annual Banquet

Maryellen Hicks, Senior Judge will be the Keynote Speaker at the Black Chamber annual banquet. Hicks served as a County Judge for Tarrant County before retiring. She currently has an Arbitration and Mediation business in Houston and Ft. Worth.Judge Hicks is a 1970 graduate of Texas Women’s University and a 1974 graduate of Texas Tech School of Law receiving her Jurist Doctor in 1974. {{more}}The theme of the banquet is First Things First: Integrity, the Key to a Healthy and Successful Business. The event will be held at the Hunter Welcome Center, Friday October 11th, at 700 p.m.Tickets are $30.00 each and can be purchased by calling 325-672-7950.
