McMurry University Offers FasTrack to Teaching

ABILENE, Texas – In order to meet the growing teacher shortage in the state and to place highly qualified teachers in needed subject areas, McMurry University is now accepting applications for its FasTrack to Teaching program. Application for McMurry University’s FasTrack to Teaching program is now open for the Summer 2010 semester. Those wanting to complete FasTrack training early must register by May 14. Applications will continue to be accepted until the Summer I term starts. The FasTrack is a post-baccalaureate teacher preparation program designed for adults who have four year university degrees and wish to change careers and become teachers. Courses are offered face to face, during the day or evening, and online.
