Enjoy and remember, use “just a pinch”… -Janet{{more}}“This recipe has received many ‘yummms’ up!” Jan Knowles, Sandy, UT What You NeedCAKE:1 box moist lemon cake mix1 small vanilla yogurt 2 tbsp real lemon juice, not concentratedFROSTING:1 lb powdered sugar, plus 2 cups1/2 stick real butter, either salted or unsalted1/4 c softened cream cheese1/4 c milk 1 1/4 tbsp real lemon juiceFood coloring, if desiredDirections• Follow cake mix directions and add 1 small container of vanilla yogurt. Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice.• Pour cake mix into 2 round cake pans, and follow directions on the box. You may also use 9×13 pan .• Cool cake completely. For round cake, “dust” off any loose crumbs. • Make frosting by creaming together butter and cream cheese. Add about 2 cups of powdered sugar at a time, alternating with a small amount of milk. • When frosting is stiff, add the lemon juice.
