The Interested Citizens of Abilene North wishes to announce and invite you to participate in our Annual Hero’s Luncheon on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at 11:45am in the North Conference Center of the Abilene Civic Center. Mr. James Francies, Black History Museum Historian, community volunteer and good neighbor, we will be honored as a community HERO.{{more}}Guest speaker this year will be the Rev. James C. Brown, proud pastor of the Sweet Home Baptist Church of Fort Worth, Texas. A shining example of the nurturing received in the I-CAN neighborhood in the great city of Abilene.
