First National Bank of Baird Celebrates 125 Years

This birthday was celebrated with cookies, punch and ribbon cutting attended by the Abilene Red Coats. The First National Bank of Baird started as a small community bank in Baird in 1885 and has continued that tradition of small town personal service as they opened branches in Brownwood, Clyde and will open their third Abilene branch later this fall. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly is my impression of this bank.
