Churches come together to spread Thanksgiving Cheer

St. John Baptist church and Wylie United Methodist joined forces to distribute about 150 turkeys in the Carver neighborhood. This is the fourth year that the churches have worked together on this project. Minister Riley Hood, Minister at St. John Baptist said “giving turkeys is one way to evangelize and help residents of the community”. Jeff Hatcher is Pastor of Wylie United Methodist.
